How I work
Understand before proposing
I take the time to understand your context, constraints, and culture. Ready-made solutions rarely work.
Iterate rapidly
Prototypes, tests, feedback, adjustments. I prefer 10 small iterations over one Big Bang.
Document & transfer
My goal is to make you autonomous. I document, train, and prepare my exit from day 1.
